Drop-Off & Collections
are by pre-arranged appointment times only.

We are closed between 2pm - 5:30pm daily
This is when we clean the suites, refresh litter boxes and groom pets.

Monday to Friday  
1pm to 2pm
5:30pm to 6:30pm

Saturday & Sunday   
8:30am to 9:30am
1pm to 2pm
5:30pm to 6:30pm

Bank Holidays 
 Closed for drop-offs and collections on all Bank Holidays (including Good Friday).
This is just in case we need to clarify something with your vet as they are most likely to be closed.

Christmas
 Closed for drop-off & collections on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
