Customer reviews are invaluable for a small business like ours. 
Reviews bring more custom to our door & give new clients the reassurance they need when looking for a boarding place for their bunnies.

 So, how do you know where your pets will be staying or what sort of service to expect?
Photos of our lodge and each suite are on our homepage, with photos of guests using the suites on our gallery page. 
As we have recently had a refurbishment this is also important for our past customers to see - as the lodge looks quite different to how it did when we first opened in 2016.

We also send you photo updates while your bunnies are staying with us.

Please Note: If your are dropping your pet off (and there are no other guests staying with us) then we're happy to let you settle your pet in yourself.

However, during busy times we don’t allow customers into our lodge area as we don’t want the risk of strange or loud voices upsetting guests who are currently boarding.  We had to implement this policy during lockdown & as a result we found that guests didn’t get as stressed & gut stasis cases dropped dramatically, which has saved £££ for our customers who have bunnies who are super sensitive to a change in environment.
